  • “Product(s)” means digital sheet-music, PDF files, audio recordings, and associated materials sold via our Site.
  • “Order” means your request to purchase a Product via the Site.
  • “Download Link” means the secure link we send by email (or make available via your account) by which you can retrieve the Product.
  • “License” means the rights granted to you under these Terms to use the Product (see section on Copyright below).

All content on the Site — including sheet music, audio recordings, designs, text, graphics, and logos — is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

By purchasing a Product, you are acquiring a non-exclusive license to use the Product under the terms described below. All rights not expressly granted to you remain with the copyright holder (Pam Wedgwood or her assigns).

You may:

  • Download the PDF and print it for your personal use.
  • Print multiple copies for your own use (for example, reprinting if the sheet is damaged).
  • Perform the music in concerts, festivals, exams, recitals, or noncommercial settings.

You may not:

  • Sell, distribute, share, or publicly post the digital file or printed copies (beyond what is required for a public performance).
  • Use the sheet music or recordings in commercial recordings, publications, broadcasts, or for other commercial exploitation without obtaining a separate license.
  • Alter, adapt, or arrange the work for distribution (unless expressly permitted in a license).

If you wish to use the music in a commercial recording, publication, or broadcast, you must contact us directly for a licensing agreement. (See also the FAQ: “For commercial recordings or publications” at wedgwoodmusic.com/faqs )

3. Purchases & Refunds

3.1 Ordering & Delivery

  • Once you complete checkout, you will receive a secure Download Link by email. You may also access your purchased Products via your account page (see FAQs page)
  • The Products are delivered digitally in PDF (sheet music) and where applicable accompanying audio files (see FAQs)

3.2 Refunds & Replacements

  • Because digital products can be duplicated at zero cost, all sales are final and non-refundable.
  • However, we understand technology sometimes fails. If your Download Link fails, the file is corrupt, or you have genuine difficulty accessing your purchase, please contact us. We will verify your purchase and, at our discretion, provide a replacement link or resend the file.
  • We retain the right to refuse replacement in cases of abuse (for example, repeated requests that are not warranted).

3.3 Price & Payment

  • All prices are shown in the currency indicated on the Site (e.g. GBP, USD, etc.).
  • You must pay all applicable charges (product price, VAT or sales tax, transaction fees).
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to decline orders where pricing seems clearly incorrect.

4. Terms of Use & License Conditions

By purchasing and downloading the Product, you agree to the following license terms:

  • This is a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal and performance use only (as per the Copyright section).
  • You may not sublicense, rent, lease, lend, or otherwise transfer the Product or rights to another party.
  • You may not circumvent any digital rights management (DRM) or protective measures.
  • You may not claim authorship or ownership of the underlying musical works.
  • We reserve the right to revoke your license (and demand that you cease use) if you breach any term, including misuse, unauthorized distribution, or failure to pay.

You also agree not to use the Site or Products in any unlawful or prohibited manner, and not to engage in conduct that could damage, disable, or impair the Site.

5. Website Disclaimer

  • The materials on the Site are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.
  • We do not guarantee that the Site or downloads will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.
  • We make no representations about the accuracy, suitability, or completeness of the content. The user assumes all risk in use of the materials.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we (and our officers, agents, affiliates, successors) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, business, data, or use, arising from or related to your purchase, use, inability to use, or errors in the Products or Site.
  • Our total liability under these Terms, regardless of cause, is limited to the amount you actually paid for the Product in question.
  • Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion or limitation of liability for certain damages—where such local law applies, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
  • Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the exclusive courts of England.
  • Before commencing formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably via negotiation or mediation.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update or revise these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective from the “Last Updated” date shown at the top of the page, and will apply prospectively (i.e., to purchases made after that date). Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Severability & Waiver

  • If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms remain in full force and effect.
  • If we delay or fail to enforce a right under these Terms, that does not constitute a waiver of that right.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms (along with our Privacy Policy, FAQ, and any relevant license notices) constitute the complete agreement between you and us regarding your purchase and use of digital sheet music from WedgwoodMusic, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals.
